Liz received her training in dance and musical theatre at Sheridan College, Oakville,

where she also received a degree in Business in 1991. Liz is certified with the Canadian

Dance Teachers’ Association (CDTA) in both the Stage and Ballet divisions. Liz is an

examiner with Canadian Dance Master of American (CDMA) in Ballet, Tap and Jazz.

She has also been a member of the British Association of Teachers of Dance (BATD).

As a member of the Executive with the CDTA Liz has run numerous successful

workshops and competitions. Most recently Liz has been an assessor for the Sheridan

College, Musical Theatre Prep Program in the dance department.

Liz is the Artistic Director/Founder of Center Stage School of Dance in Mississauga, now

in its 21st year. Liz’s students have performed with the Ballet Jorgen, attended the

National Ballet School and performed in the National Ballet’s Nutcracker. Liz’s students

have won numerous awards at the competitive level in all disciplines of dance. She has

also had students compete for the IDO at International competitions representing Canada

is Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Tap. Liz has been teaching for more than 28years with

children from the ages of two years through adult. Liz is well versed in all disciplines of

dance, specializing in tap, jazz, ballet and musical theatre. To add to her already busy

schedule as a mother and a teacher, Liz is also a certified fitness instructor with CanFit

Pro and Zumba for the last 10 years.
